Leading with Purpose

An entrepreneur’s journey is always an exciting one. However, it can often be a testing and lonely path. Having steered Marico through rough waters and good weather in its growth story, I do understand the challenges one faces both personally and professionally while realising the dream of building an enterprise. I have understood that collective learning, sharing of experiences and resources with other like-minded individuals could be just what is needed to keep an entrepreneur motivated to grow the business to new heights. My belief in the ‘Power of Collective’ encouraged me to start ASCENT. ASCENT Foundation is a not-for-profit expression of my personal passion to identify and enable high-potential, growth-stage leaders in their journey to grow both as a Leader and their Enterprises.

Currently, we have about 1000 members and 75+ Trust Groups engaging actively every month in the Mumbai, Chennai and All India Chapters.

Our Vision for ASCENT is to create this ecosystem in many cities and impact leaders in large numbers. I envision the ASCENT Foundation nurturing 10,000 Leaders on their ascent to success.

What do we do?

ASCENT creates a close-knit Trust Group of non competing leaders who believe in Learning from Doers. Designed as a peer-to-peer platform, ASCENT enables leaders to share experiences, ideas, insights to learn from each other through self-facilitated Trust Groups and an extended network of Enablers.
