Refund Policy

Membership fees and payments for events are generally non-refundable. Any exceptions or special cases will be evaluated at the sole discretion of the ASCENT Foundation.

Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Once a payment is successfully processed, cancellations are not permitted.

• Membership fees, program fees or event registration fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific program or event.

• In case an event or program is cancelled by ASCENT Foundation, the paid amount may be refunded or adjusted against a future program, at the sole discretion of ASCENT Foundation.

• Any requests for cancellation or exceptions must be made in writing to the official ASCENT Foundation communication channels.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeline as per banking norms.
