In today’s world, change is everywhere. Organisations in all sectors are undergoing significant transformations. The single most important skill leaders need to know today is Thriving on Change.
This year, ASCENT Conclave is back with a bang in an offline format after 2 years of hosting the Conclave virtually. The celebrations are two-fold as we complete 10 years at ASCENT. Come join us and learn from Thought Leaders, Doers and Trail Blazers at ASCENT Conclave 2022.
Highlights Of Past Conclaves
Every business is getting uberized right now!
In a way, it reflects how technology has taken the driver’s seat and has completely changed the taxonomy of enterprise computing.
Organisations of all hues are harping onto it to stay relevant in the marketplace. A new broader set of capabilities is required to help enterprises navigate the digital disruption.
Digital transformation today is the talking point. Transformation is not just about updating your technology, but about upgrading your strategic thinking. But digital is sometimes called a double-edged sword, a judicious blend of technology and strategy that comes in concert to create a seamless interconnect of many things within and outside the organisation. For born in the cloud companies, digital is a given hygiene factor as they do not have any legacy baggage, but companies from traditional verticals, it becomes quite challenging to put in place a digital roadmap.
Against this backdrop, ASCENT eConclave 2021 aims to focus sessions and insights around fast moving technology trends, digital transformation strategy and best practices from Thought Leaders and Change-makers.

Within eleven years of Lenskart's inception, Peyush has pivoted the brand to become the most recognizable and geographically diverse omnichannel marketplace brand for eyewear in Asia.
Peyush's entrepreneurship journey started in 2010 with the launch of Lenskart along with few more business lines catering to different product markets. As an avid investor in upcoming startups, Peyush focuses on three core areas- Tech for Good, Sustainability & Large scale Solutions. He envisions powering up India's startup ecosystem through innovators who create, collaborate and help transform the world.
With a unique click and mortar business, Lenskart is revolutionizing the eyewear industry by offering disruptive services like Free Home Eye check-up, 3D Try On, Free Home Trial and First Frame Free among others.
